Bay Area native Iliana Berkowitz honed her craft in kitchens across the country before returning home to build a bakery that reflects her unique palate and passion for bringing people together through exceptional bread.

As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah. We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.
