As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.

Seasonal Sandwiches
Chez Aline - $13.00
This seasonal sandwich features cured ham, hand-whipped butter with Maldon Sea Salt, and a layer of radishes for kick and color. Served on our new demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.
Belleville - $11.75
A decadent sandwich consisting of creamy brie, sweet fig jam, and a blanket of arugula. Served on our new demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.

Oat Cherry Buckwheat Loaf - $12.00
A sourdough loaf made with oat and buckwheat porridge, buckwheat flour, and dried cherries. Earthy, tart, and custardy. Available weekends only at AKB adn Farmer’s Markets.
Dutch Apple Pie Croissant - $6.00
A croissant base filled with apple butter, a cooked spiced apple filling, and topped with a buttery oat crumble.
Mandelhörnchen - $6.25
Mandelhörnchen, in English “almond horn,” are chewy cookies coated in almonds and dipped in chocolate. Naturally gluten-free!
Salted Caramel Pecan Bread Pudding - $5.00
A bread pudding that boasts a caramel-y, crunchy toffee, studded with chopped pecans and a flavor bomb of Maldon sea salt. The toffee is dispersed into a bed of brioche and challah, with a sweet custard flowing through. Available at AKB only.
Sage & Honey Focaccia - $11.00
An herbaceous focaccia seasoned with aromatic, earthy Garden Sage, and drizzled with a honey syrup. A delicate balance of sweet and savory. Available everyday except Mondays.
Candied Citrus Scone - $5.75
A seasonal scone loaded with candied citrus inside, a zesty citrus glaze, and adorned with candied peels.
Black and White Cookie - $5.00
A pillowy, cake textured cookie with half white vanilla icing and half black chocolatey icing. Substantial and flavorful.
Garlic Parmesan Knot - $4.00
Brioche dough with a garlic parmesan filling. Finished with a brush of garlic butter and sprinkled with chopped parsley.
Chocolate Babka - $22.00
Babka is a soft, traditional Jewish sweet bread. A fudgey, rich chocolate ganache is spread over the yeasted wheat and rye dough, which is then braided to display the delicious filling. Available weekends only.
Cardamom Almond Babka - $22.00
Babka is a soft, traditional Jewish sweet bread. For a twist on a classic dessert, we make a cardamom almond filling to spread over the yeasted wheat and rye dough, which is then braided to display the flavorsome filling. To finish, a cardamom almond streusel is sprinkled over the top. Available weekends only.
