As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.
Our current seasonal menu will be available from Sept 16th - Oct 21st.
Seasonal Sandwiches
Tofu Bánh Mì - $13.75
The vegan version of our Bánh Mì with marinated tofu, bright, pickled daikon, carrots, and cucumbers, a spread of vegan sriracha mayo, and fresh jalapeños and cilantro. Served on our French baguette. Available at AKB only.
Cold Cut Bánh Mì - $15.00
A turkey-mortadella sandwich layered with bright, pickled daikon, carrots, and cucumbers, a spread of sriracha mayo, fresh jalapeños, and cilantro. Served on our French baguette. Available at AKB only.
Seasonal
Apple Turnover - $9.00
We add a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon to a filling of freshly cooked apples, and form our flaky pastry dough into a familiar triangle shape. Available Fri-Sun at the Bakery and Farmers Markets.
Pear Cardamom Pinwheel - $7.50
We fill our pinwheel-shaped flaky croissant dough with a cardamom pastry cream. We splay juicy sliced pears on top before baking, and finish with a brush of syrup.
Salted Caramel Pecan Bread Pudding - $6.50
A bread pudding that boasts a caramel-y, crunchy toffee, studded with chopped pecans and a flavor bomb of Maldon sea salt. The toffee is dispersed into a bed of brioche and challah cubes, with a sweet custard flowing through. Available at the Bakery only.
Pumpkin Muffin - $4.50
We swirl a hand mixed pumpkin spice blend with pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and brown sugar in our batter and bake until perfectly fluffy. Complete with a maple pumpkin seed topping.
Snickerdoodle Cookie - $4.25
We roll our cookie dough in a cinnamon sugar mixture before baking. The end result is a soft bite and cake-like texture.
French Onion Focaccia Slab - $6.50
We top our fluffy focaccia with a low and slow cooked onion jam, then finish with gruyere cheese and sprigs of fresh thyme.

Shichimi Togarashi Focaccia Slab - $6.50
A fluffy focaccia slab covered in mozzarella, and citrusy, spicy, umami Shichimi Togarashi seasoning from Oaktown Spice Shop. Oaktown’s Shichimi Togarashi is hand mixed, and blends white and black sesame, poppy seeds, crushed red chile flakes, orange zest, citric acid, nori, and szechuan pepper. Fri, Sat, Sun only.
Paloma Croissant Swirl - $7.50
We bake our buttery croissant dough into a golden brown swirl. We fill the croissant with a floral, grapefruit curd, and dust the top with Paloma Sugar from Oaktown Spice. Their Paloma Sugar is a mix of grapefruit, strawberry, and lime that blends beautifully with the grapefruit curd inside to send you straight to the coast of Mexico. Fri, Sat, Sun only.

Raspberry Almond Bostock - $6.25
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with simple syrup, and layer tart raspberry jam, nutty and rich almond cream, and a layer of toasty sliced almonds.
Blueberry Maple Walnut Bostock - $6.50
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with a simple syrup, and add layers of sweet blueberry jam, an earthy, nutty walnut cream, and finish with chopped walnuts for added texture.
Sticky Bun - $6.00
We swirl our soft, sweet brioche dough with a mixture of honey, brown sugar, and butter. Through baking, the honey develops a deeply caramelized flavor, covered in utterly sticky goodness.
Cardamom Twist - $6.25
We layer brioche dough with floral, crunchy, and nutty poppy seeds and a spiced filling of almond and cardamom. We then twist, stretch, and wrap the dough into a beautiful bun shape. To finish, the buns are bejeweled with pearl sugar.
