As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.
Our current seasonal menu will be available from Jan 7th to 16th.
Seasonal Sandwiches
Tuna Salad Sandwich - $13.00
This sandwich features tuna with briny capers, lemon juice, tangy pepperoncinis, and crunchy celery. Complete with fresh tomatoes and romaine lettuce. Served on our demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.
Chickpea Salad Sandwich - $13.00
A vegetarian sandwich with brightly seasoned smashed chickpeas, smokey, tangy piquillo peppers, and butter lettuce. Served on our demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.

Orange Bread Pudding - $5.00
This bread pudding bursts with orange-y flavors, with the aid of freshly zested oranges and their juices in the custard. Finished with an orange drizzle. Available at AKB only.
Maple Pecan Monkey Bread - $6.25
Layers of croissant dough transform into a tear and share treat, infused with the caramel-like toffee flavor of maple syrup. Nutty, buttery pecans adorn this monkey bread and develop an even more robust, rich flavor when baked.
Cheddar Jalapeño Focaccia - $11.50
A mouthwatering savory focaccia layered with melted sharp cheddar cheese and paired with bold, vegetal, and bright jalapeño. Available everyday except Mondays.
White Chocolate Cranberry Cookie - $4.00
For a classic, bright winter flavor combination we take tart yet slightly sweet cranberries and combine them with buttery, creamy white chocolate chips for a rich but balanced cookie.

Bien cuit (“well baked”) and hearty, Miche is a rustic, tangy sourdough made from a mix of grains: whole wheat and rye.
Honey Rye Porridge - $10.75
A unique sourdough loaf that derives its unbelievably moist and custardy crumb from a special rye flake porridge made in-house.

Sesame seeds add a savory depth to this already delightful whole wheat rye sourdough Miche.
Country Loaf - $9.50
Our classic half white flour, half whole wheat flour has a big, open crumb structure.
Spelt Walnut - $10.25
Equal parts nutty and nutritious, this sourdough loaf features locally grown walnuts and spelt, a protein-rich ancient grain.

All the classic chocolate chip cookie flavor you love made with high quality Valrhona chocolate. Rich and delicious. A new permanent menu item, completely vegan, but it's so good you may not even realize without us telling you!

A fluffy, savory knot formed from our challah dough and topped with everything bagel seasoning.
Granola - $12.00
Our signature granola is a hearty blend of rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, coconut, almonds, brown sugar, and maple syrup. You’ll love scooping it up by the handful or scattering it over yogurt. Sold in a 1lb bag.
