As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.

Our current seasonal menu will be available from Oct 29th - Nov 28th.

Seasonal Sandwiches

Cubano - $14.00

An AKB style Cubano with house-made pulled pork, cured ham, Swiss cheese, a spread of yellow mustard, and a layer of pickles. All on our ciabatta bread. Available at AKB only.

Italiano - $13.00

This veggie sandwich contains a tangy goat cheese spread, bright olive tapenade, roasted red peppers, artichokes, and a bed of peppery arugula. Served on our ciabatta bread. Available at AKB only.

Harvest Loaf - $12.00

This November favorite it back again! A seasonal sourdough loaf celebrating the bounty of all things fall. Made with local, organic squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, buckwheat groats, and polenta. Available weekends only starting Nov. 8th.

Pear Ginger Tile - $5.50

A tile shaped croissant product with juicy sliced pears, a ginger syrup, and pastry cream.

Pumpkin Snickerdoodle Cookie - $4.25

This cookie features a fall flavor profile and a pillowy, cake-like texture.

Cranberry Orange Scone - $5.00

A scone that is perfect for welcoming in the colder days with dried cranberries, orange zest, and a sweet orange glaze.

Rosemary Focaccia - $11.00

This seasonal focaccia has locally sourced rosemary incorporated into the dough, imparting a lovely pine undertone and savory taste to this light, airy bread.

Apple Turnover - $8.00

This warm, fall hug of a hand pie is lightly spiced with cinnamon and filled with fresh cooked apples, formed into a familiar triangle shape of flakey pastry. Available Fridays, Saturday, and Sun.

Pumpkin Bread Pudding - $5.00

It’s finally bread pudding season again, and we are starting off strong with this decadent version made with challah and soaked with a rich pumpkin custard and warm spices. Available at AKB only.

Pan de Muerto - $5.25

A sweet egg bread loaded with orange (zest, juice, blossom water), and then covered in and orange sugar. Available Oct 31st-Nov 2nd.

Our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) boasts a caramelized crust, soft insides, and just the right amount of chew.

Pain d’Epi - $5.50

Resembling an elegant wheat stalk, this version of our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) is a crust lover’s delight.

Miche - $9.75

Bien cuit (“well baked”) and hearty, Miche is a rustic, tangy sourdough made from a mix of grains: whole wheat and rye.

Honey Rye Porridge - $10.75

A unique sourdough loaf that derives its unbelievably moist and custardy crumb from a special rye flake porridge made in-house.

Sesa Miche - $10.00

Sesame seeds add a savory depth to this already delightful whole wheat rye sourdough Miche.

Country Loaf - $9.50

Our classic half white flour, half whole wheat flour has a big, open crumb structure.

Spelt Walnut - $10.25

Equal parts nutty and nutritious, this sourdough loaf features locally grown walnuts and spelt, a protein-rich ancient grain.
