As Kneaded Bakery specializes in naturally leavened sourdough loaves, classic French baguettes, and challah.
We also offer a range of noshes (Yiddish for "snacks"), which highlight a variety of doughs, both sweet and savory, from cultures around the world.
Our current seasonal menu will be available from Jan 7th to 16th.
Seasonal Sandwiches
Curried Chickpea Sandwich - $13.50
A vegan sandwich with a curried cauliflower salad, containing warm spices, hearty lentils, roasted cauliflower, shredded carrots, and spicy jalapeños. Served on our focaccia bread. Available at AKB only.
ABQ Sandwich - $14.00
A Southwestern inspired turkey sandwich with a smokey chipotle sauce, bright cilantro spread, and crunchy jicama slaw. Served on our demi-baguette. Available at AKB only.

Mushroom Potato Hand Pie - $8.00
A hearty, savory hand pie stuffed with a filling of earthy mushrooms and potato, and sweet yellow onions. Available Fri, Sat, Sun.
Mocha Bread Pudding - $6.00
We infuse milk with finely ground coffee beans, which we pour over the fluffy cubes of challah and brioche dough. For that rich, deep chocolate mocha flavor we mix in white and semi-sweet chocolate chips. Available at AKB only.
Lemon Blueberry Tile - $6.00
A croissant with a filling of tart lemon curd and sweet blueberry jam. Finished with a drizzle of vanilla icing.
Potato Chive Focaccia - $11.50
A layer of thinly sliced, tender potatoes is complimented by bright, oniony chives in this focaccia dough. Available everyday except Mondays.
Lemon Crinkle Cookie - $4.25
A chewy, lemony cookie full of lemon zest and juice. Finished with a dusting of powdered sugar.
Morning Glory Muffin - $4.00
A hearty, healthful muffin that doesn’t sacrifice on flavor or texture. Choc full of sweet but healthy apples, carrots, and raisins, walnuts, earthy sunflowers seeds, and shredded coconut for texture.

Our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) boasts a caramelized crust, soft insides, and just the right amount of chew.
Pain d’Epi - $5.50
Resembling an elegant wheat stalk, this version of our French-style baguette (sweet, not sour) is a crust lover’s delight.
Miche - $9.75
Bien cuit (“well baked”) and hearty, Miche is a rustic, tangy sourdough made from a mix of grains: whole wheat and rye.
Honey Rye Porridge - $10.75
A unique sourdough loaf that derives its unbelievably moist and custardy crumb from a special rye flake porridge made in-house.
Sesa Miche - $10.00
Sesame seeds add a savory depth to this already delightful whole wheat rye sourdough Miche.
Country Loaf - $9.50
Our classic half white flour, half whole wheat flour has a big, open crumb structure.
Spelt Walnut - $10.25
Equal parts nutty and nutritious, this sourdough loaf features locally grown walnuts and spelt, a protein-rich ancient grain.
Flax Sunflower - $10.00
Packed full of vitamin-rich flax and sunflower seeds, this sourdough loaf still retains a lovely light and open texture.

This traditional Jewish egg bread is slightly sweet, light as a feather, and braided just like Bubbe taught us.

Blueberry Muffin - $3.75
Juicy, sweet blueberries are strewn throughout this muffin’s dough. Perfectly moist and soft with each bite. Adorned with a crunchy sugar topping.
Raspberry Almond Bostock - $6.00
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with simple syrup, and layer tart raspberry jam, nutty and rich almond cream, and a layer of toasty sliced almonds.
Blueberry Maple Walnut Bostock - $6.50
A french toast-like treat made with AKB’s challah dough. We brush with a simple syrup, and add layers of sweet blueberry jam, an earthy, nutty walnut cream, and finish with chopped walnuts for added texture.
Sticky Bun - $5.50
We swirl our soft, sweet brioche dough with a mixture of honey, brown sugar, and butter. Through baking, the honey develops a deeply caramelized flavor, covered in utterly sticky goodness.
Cardamom Twist - $5.25
We layer brioche dough with floral, crunchy, and nutty poppy seeds and a spiced filling of almond and cardamom. We then twist, stretch, and wrap the dough into a beautiful bun shape. To finish, the buns are bejeweled with pearl sugar.

Our “kitchen sink” cookie, abundant with texture and flavor from dried cranberries and blueberries, crunchy cornflakes, chewy oats, creamy chocolate, sticky sweet marshmallows, heath bar pieces, and shredded coconut.

All the classic chocolate chip cookie flavor you love made with high quality Valrhona chocolate. Rich and delicious. Completely vegan, but it's so good you may not even realize without us telling you!
