Using our Miche loaf as the base, this take and bake holiday stuffing is flavored with vegetarian stock and herbs. Available in November and December only.
Ingredients: Stuffing - Miche (whole wheat flour*, water, wheat flour, whole dark rye flour, sea salt, rice flour), mushrooms, celery, onions, butter, salt, pepper, sage, parsley, thyme. Stock - Leeks, celery, onion, carrots, oil, water.

A seasonal sourdough loaf celebrating the bounty of all things Fall. Made with local, organic squash, toasted pumpkin seeds, buckwheat groats and polenta. Available in November only.

CINNAMON APPLE WALNUT BABKA - $21
A classic Jewish sweet bread that is filled and braided. This babka features cinnamon sugar filling and organic apples from Hidden Star Orchards - and a lovely walnut streusel, and is brushed with honey syrup. Available for Rosh Hashanah only.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, eggs, butter, milk, rye flour, white sugar, salt, and yeast, cinnamon, brown sugar, apples, walnuts.
CHOCOLATE BABKA - $21
A classic Jewish sweet bread that is filled and braided. Chocolate Babka features layers of chocolate spread throughout. Available in December only.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, eggs, butter, milk, rye flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Chocolate ganache - Dark chocolate, cream, butter, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
CARDAMOM ALMOND BABKA - $21
A classic Jewish sweet bread that is filled and braided. Cardamom Almond Babka features almond paste and a lovely cardamom streusel. Available in December only.
